We are expanding our manufacturing capabilities and want to partner with an experienced production planner/scheduler to ensure return on our investments and provide the optimal value proposition to our customers.

The Director of Supply Chain will play a key role in the Supply Chain team. They are responsible for the plant's full production schedule for both finished and intermediate goods based on build and capacity constraints, demand planning, machine and materials availability, production efficiency, customer delivery requirements, and performance goals. 


  • Lead and manage all Thrive Life supply chain activities
  • Ensure optimal forward-looking plans that meet measurable cost, production and quality goals.
  • Develop and maintain freeze dry and production plans.
  • Create capacity and resource plans with ability to adjust for sales surges or slow-down periods.
  • Provide what-if scenarios and make recommended solutions.
  • Initiate and maintain outsource production plans and relationships when needed.
  • Identify and communicate potential issues and its impact on customer delivery requirements in a timely manner.
  • Have a basic understanding of machinery and operations functionality.
  • Analyze trends and develop reports to provide feedback on plan performance.
  • Work closely with production plant manager to coordinate the execution of the production plans, provide maximum visibility, and evaluate any changes needed in the production schedule.
  • Drive continuous improvement to increase production quality and yield in collaboration with the operations team.
  • Support, communicate, and reinforce the mission, values, and culture of the organization.


  • Problem solver Must be motivated to analytically identify issues and design solutions.
  • Administration and Management Needs to have the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, show attention to detail, and safeguard confidential information. Understanding of supply chain flow of information and material is a must.
  • Experience in food commodities preferred.
  • Experience with basic inventory control software preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of supply chain, Lean and MRP concepts a plus.


  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of production planning/scheduling preferred.
