The designer should have 1-3 years of experience in print and digital design. The designer plays a main role in carrying out the vision of the brand. Under the direction of the Creative Manager, this position is responsible for representing the brand visually. The designer must understand the target audience and know how to best communicate visually with the audience. This role will have a big impact on the brand experience for the target audience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Design

  • Conceptualize and generate ideas for social media posts
  • Design various types of social media posts
  • Based on data, analyze current work and make necessary changes

Print Design

  • Conceptualize and generate ideas for print media, including flyers, booklets, postcards, catalogs, etc
  • Design various types of print materials within specific creative guidelines
  • Adapt design based on data and feedback

Manage Design Assets

  • Manage multiple projects at one time
  • Manage the assets of each project within the system we've created

Software Skills

  • Adobe Creative Cloud specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Computer and office work

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Must present a portfolio of past work and talk through the objective of certain pieces in the portfolio. We are looking for someone who can understand the target audience, the objective, and with some art direction, take a design project from start to finish. Must be able to work with feedback from supervisors and executives to provide the best design solution.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years experience or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design
  • Bachelor's Degree in design
  • Experience in food industry a plus
  • Experience in brand design a plus
