The Digital Marketing Manager will primarily lead the development and execution of email marketing and search engine marketing initiatives at Thrive Life. This is a strategic and vital role that will help shape the digital future of our organization.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of sound judgment, leadership, and strong marketing abilities.

If you have an outstanding work ethic, are detail-oriented, able to come up with ingenious solutions, and most importantly, a team player that has fun at work and wants to be a part of something great; this job is for you!

You're a good fit if you:

  • Have 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong emphasis on email and search engine marketing (SEO and PPC)
  • Have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent experience
  • Have experience utilizing email platforms such as MailChimp, Bronto, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.
  • Have experience driving SEO efforts and PPC campaigns using Google Adwords
  • Have experience developing digital marketing messaging, audience segmentation, and channel strategies for a B2C audience
  • Have the skill to identify and target relevant and emerging audiences
  • Are skillful with and passionate about data/analytics
  • Have strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail


You're an even "better" fit if you:

  • Have successfully built email marketing programs for a B2C audience that includes:
    • User acquisition (i.e. growing email subscriptions)
    • Performance optimization (i.e. improving open and click rates)
  • Have managed both SEO "and" PPC initiatives that have not only delivered a strong ROI but also directly and significantly impacted the bottom line
  • Have experience gathering consumer insights, specifically via survey methodologies
  • Have an "eye" for design, particularly visual communication for digital channels
  • Have an understanding of the meal delivery service and direct selling industries
